Are you passionate about seeing young people grow in faith, purpose, and community? The Church at Junction 10 is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Ministry Pastor to join our team and help shape the next generation.
About the Role
As Youth Ministry Pastor, you will:

- Lead, develop, and inspire our youth ministry in line with the church’s vision and mission.

- Organise and deliver engaging youth events, retreats, and Sunday teaching.

- Provide spiritual mentorship and pastoral care to young people, volunteers, and interns.

- Build strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners.

- Oversee and support a team of volunteers, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all.

- Work collaboratively with church leaders and the wider church family.

- Ensure safeguarding and uphold all church policies.
Who We’re Looking For

- A committed Christian with a vibrant, personal relationship with God.

- Someone with a relevant qualification in youth or community work.

- Experience working with young people in church or community settings.

- A heart for discipleship, outreach, and creative ministry.

- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Able to relate to and inspire youth from diverse backgrounds.

- Willing to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Role Details

- Hours: 18.5 per week
-
- Salary: £11,880 – £13,500 per annum (pro rata of FTE £23,760 – £27,000)

- Location: The Church at Junction 10, ARC (Walsall) & Sunday’s at Grace Academy Darlaston (Hybrid/Flexible Working Optional)

- Reports to: Leadership Team Member.
