At the Church at Junction 10, our congregation has a very healthy number of children, and we have several activities and teams in place to help support our children in their knowledge and growth in Christ.
Creche
During our Sunday morning worship, Crèche gives parents the opportunity to enjoy the church service without having to be concerned with looking after their children.
It provides a safe environment for children aged between 1 to 3 to play together. Children under 1 will need to be accompanied by an adult who stays behind to play with them. Our Creche team is DBS-checked and looks after the children.
Alongside play, in each session, we do a craft activity, sing songs, and play instruments. If you are new to the church and would like your child to attend creche, please speak to one of the stewards and they will be able to help you.
Children's Ministry
Children aged 3 to 11 years take part in Children’s Church. This takes place every Sunday after Praise and Worship.
We have a team of volunteers that run the Children’s Ministry led by the Youth and Children’s Pastor. The children participate in many activities to deepen their understanding of the word of God, such as making crafts, singing, talking, and learning about God.
Safeguarding
The safety of your children and vulnerable adults is vitally important, we have a safeguarding policy and regular training sessions for staff and volunteer teams and ensure that volunteers who look after children are DBS checked.
